To successfully provide health care, organizations rely on their employees to work collaboratively in teams. Introduce a new project to the team. Effective communication should clearly state the project and purpose, the time frame, and the plan to complete the project as a team.

Develop a "communication piece" that would address the perspectives of multiple teams involved in the scenario. You will work with a team of your own, incorporate their feedback, and discuss your experience as being part of this team.

The company-wide "communication piece" will announce the strategy to the various individuals and teams in the case study. Will aim to ensure that everyone involved feels valued and that their needs are addressed in this communication. "Communication piece" should be brief, and, therefore, it should not address every conceivable concern or provide detailed solutions. Ideally, everyone in the scenario should at least feel that they and their concerns are acknowledged.
