Read post and respond

An effective leader should be able to communicate by clearly stating problem and solutions. One effective leader that I like was at a home health agency. It was a small owned company and the leadership was effective in my opinion. The owner was very hands on with all aspects of the business. She helped with orientation for new hires and was easy to communicate with. For evaluations she provided constructive criticism. She pointed out the things I could improve on and the things I was already doing good at. She kept employee up to date with company or policy changes. I always knew what was going on with my job. I really enjoyed this company and the way they dealt with the employees.
