Read the Players Quick Manual, and based on it, do the needed analysis, then submit the following:

1. Generate a list of all the project tasks (Excel). Which skill do you think you need for each task. 2. Generate a list of the skills available in the resource pool. Explain each caliber & what would this resource best perform 3. Create a RAM file for all the tasks of the 12 periods. This will give you a good idea of the resources that you need. 4. Based on this, create a resource histogram with the resource needs for the 12 periods 5. How are you allocating your budget between the 12 periods?
