Read the scenario and answer the question at the bottom.

Examine how change relates to training and learning?

A rapidly changing business environment can make it difficult for companies to train new and existing employees.Learning and adapting faster gives a competitive advantage to those who do so. By training teams, we can prepare them for a new reality and help them to better understand the benefits of the change for themselves and the company. Employees within an organization must relearn their roles whenever processes or procedures are changed, which means they must be retrained.

Discuss four change-related problems that need to be addressed in order for a new training program to be accepted by employees?

Several change-related problems can arise, including a lack of control, power imbalances, and the redefining of tasks. Employees who are not managed properly will be more stressed, resistant, and uncertain because of poor change management. In the long run, this will lead to high-performing employees leaving the organization, resulting in a loss of productivity, increased costs, and reduced quality. My experience of recent work-related changes illustrates all four of the change-related problems in relation to change. I worked for a previous company for the past 8 years that underwent a significant change in its system. When the system was introduced, it seemed illogical. Several managers and employees didn't want to work with this change, answers to questions were never consistent, it was unclear who was in charge, and tasks and roles had to be restructured. In the end, training consisted of opening a system and walking through screens that had little impact on my work or that of my teammates. Our team discussed with upper management how the change and training implementation went, and the four change-related problems were pretty like what we felt led to poor system execution

Companies that do not keep up to date and adjust to technological advancements will not maintain their positions in the market. Change management falls on the shoulders of the leaders, and your comments regarding the effects of poor change management are insightful. Uncertainty is one of the worst things that can happen in a company. Workers make up their versions when they do not understand what is happening. As in the example of your previous company, turnover and low employee morale could be the outcome. Communication is essential during change initiatives; inconsistent answers frustrate the workforce and significantly impact productivity.
