Read this paragraph and make a comment like I agree with you. Etc ...----As mentioned on the zoom meeting, I have worked in luxury retail for 3 years. Working with expensive, imported products there is an expected professionalism in the work place. I was a client advisor in Louis Vuitton, and had a few obnoxious customers, but my manager reminds myself and my peers our brand and keeps us in check. Before Louis Vuitton I used to work in sales at Bath & Body works and noticed the complete change in customer service. Bath & Body works have a friendly, outgoing service while in Louis Vuitton, I have a more calm, and knowledgable demeanor.Whenever I'm at the mall I noticed their are stores that have horrible customer service. The workers don't greet at the door, doesn't check up on their customers, or they're hard to find. It might not be a big deal even if I'm browsing around but I probably wouldn't go back their to purchase with them.Being in sales, there are a lot of moments of frustration like not meeting quotas, and difficult customers, but I wouldn't let that mentality affect me for the next customers. My current job in Van Cleef & Arpels (high jewelry) the standards are even higher, and the customers are more aggressive, but my manager trained me to answer politely and understanding. While the customer is store, I'm in charge of protecting the client experience.
