Purpose:

Give students the opportunity to reflect on the course learning and how it applies to their work organization as well as to their careers.

Assignment Description:

Write a one-two page paper discussing your overall experience in GMBA 736. Include the following information:

• What did you learn about yourself and how will you use this experience in your future?
  
  
• What was the most surprising part of the course? Why?
  
  
• At the beginning of the course when you introduced yourself, you were asked to talk about what you hoped to get from the course. Reflecting back on that information, did the course meet your expectations? Why or why not?
  
  
• Overall reactions/reflection about the course experience.
