Purpose:

The purpose of the reflection assignment is to demonstrate your understanding of OB and the connection to a real-life situation. For this assignment you will be assigned an OB topic by your professor. You will describe the OB topic, connect your topic to a real-life example and identify two recommendations for the example you outline. It is critical to link in OB concepts throughout your paper.

Section 3: Recommendations (approx. 450 words)

In this section identify two recommendations that apply to your example.

The recommendations outline strategies you would recommend for the example you shared (this could include improvements, continuing good practices etc). The recommendations should have OB concepts linked in and clearly outlined the connection to our learning. The OB concepts you connect can be from anything learned to date in class and OB concepts must be bolded to demonstrate your learning.
