Ends Dec 14, 2022 11:59 PM Purpose: The purpose of the reflection assignment is to demonstrate your understanding of OB and the connection to a real-life situation. For this assignment you will be assigned an OB topic by your professor. You will describe the OB topic, connect your topic to a real-life example and identify two recommendations for the example you outline. It is critical to link in OB concepts throughout your paper. The Assignment Your assignment should be a maximum of 800 words in 12-point font using proper APA format. Your eText should be your only source and an example has been provided to help you cite and reference from your eText. The following provides an overview of the structure of your paper: Section 1: OB Topic Overview (approx, 300 words) In this section you will use your own words to describe what you have learned from the OB topic assigned to you. It is critical to integrate OB conceptr learned about your topic area and bold all OB concepts explored in this section. You can reference your textbook using proper in text citations. In this section it is important to demonstrate your understanding about the OB topic assigned to you by reflecting on your thoughts, reactions and perspective on the topic area. Section 2: Application with Real Life Example (approx 250 words) In Section 2 you will describe a realfife experience that relates to your OB topic. This can be your own experience in an organization. or the experience of a fam ly member, friend or colleague: It is important to establish clear connections between your example and youn O B topic by connecting in OB cencepts into your real-ife example. It is required that you bold the OB concepts so that you can visibly see you are connecting enough concepts into you paper. The recommendations should have OB concepts linked in and clearly outlined the connection to our learning. The OB concepts you connect can be from anything learned to date in class and OB concepts must be bolded to demonstrate your learning.
