Q2. When and why are customers churning, or leaving the website? (Indicate your chosen timeframe).
- Provide clear images/screenshots of dashboards, tables, charts, or other visuals to support your answers. Which reports did you examine and used to support your answers (e.g., Acquisition Report – Search Console)?
- Specify your chosen timeframe, and examine Audience Reports for any two of these seven areas (Lifetime Value, Cohort Analysis, Cross Device, Benchmarking, Behavior, Technology, and Custom).
- Specify your chosen data analysis timeframe. Then choose any two of the following four Reports (Real- time; Acquisition; Behavior; Conversions) to examine one area in each of your two choices of Reports.
