Working from home has significantly changed working environments in many ways. On the bright side, working from home enables people to spend more quality time with their families. People would especially appreciate this if they are parents of young children because is would be easier to watch the children's development on a day to day basis.

I believe work from home will increase as technology continues to advance, making it easier and easier to access the tools required for many jobs. There are already countless jobs that can be done from home, and the numerous resources that the internet provides it is not difficult to work from home.

Managers and leaders could motivate employees that work from home by offering something outside of the home, such as a company dinner at a restaurant, or another kind of group activity. Even though working from home has many advantages, I would get restless if I was stuck inside of my house for that long. A group activity $"$in real life" would give me something to look forward to and would definitely motivate me$.$
