Resource leveling is to redistribute the resources when they are affected by certain constraints. In case of Task 1, notice the operator performing the task is not 1, but 2. We know that because it takes them 5days (40hours). Yet in the resources, it states 80 hours. On the resource you see there (200%), but they are both a 100% capacity. Task 2 and Task 3 are both required of one and the same operator, the plumber. However he can not perform two tasks at the same time, so we have to move one of the tasks. If we start Task 3 after completion of Task 2, he will be able to complete the project on time. Currently, the tasks are not levelled because there is a resource constrain to one person.
