I work in the healthcare industry so while everyone was to work from home, we were still required to go into work. the major risk faces were the outbreak of COVID-19 and how to protect each other from contacting it. The risk was realized in March 2020 as the number of infections started rising. We used the risk mitigation to prepare for the risk by encouraging everyone to be their hands frequently, disinfect surfaces three times a day. The first sign that the risk had started is when one of my clients got a cold then later tested positive. Our risk plan was not successful as it did not include wearing a mask which would have protected the employees and clients. We all ended up testing positive of COVID.
