Reply to this post: When it comes to professional conflict, there can be many things that come into play. A few that come to mind are communication styles, management styles, work ethic, and stress. Within a large organization, there are a lot of different people with different personalities and sometimes this can cause conflict. I feel that every time$$I have been in an interview, the question of how have you dealt with conflict in the past, comes up so management is preparing for there to be some conflict within the workplace.$$ The ANA $(2023)$ says $$it$\text{'}$s often not the conflict that's your biggest challenge $$ it's how you work to resolve it$.$
