Objective: You need to research and find out the right target market for a company that sells Breakfast Cereal with the following 3 flavors: Chocolate, Strawberry, and Honey & Nuts. If you want to work in any other category, please get permission from the instructor.

 

 

Evaluation Criteria

 

1. 2500 words or 5 Pages detailed report. The report should cover the global perspective, then the Canadian, and then the region you are focusing to study. Statistics Canada, Business Source Complete, Prizm Environics, and Vividata can be good sources of information to complete this assignment.
2. Use good and reliable sources of data (include some statistics as well) from the internet and library databases. 
3. It is essential to use at least one library database to research for this assignment.
4. All sources of data used, must be appropriately added in References and with text as needed.
5. good target market research includes geographical, demographical, psychological, behavioral, and socio-economic analysis of your target market. 
6. Some points to cover in this assignment:

• Size and growth rate of the target market
• Analyse all data available and the project.
• End your report with an effective Customer profile and persona for each flavor.
