Question:
Required:
- State your company name and product. (warehouse hockey Co.) hockey pro shop
- For each transaction, identify what it might represent in your small business (note: there are a total of 12 transactions, letters a-k and letter m). For example, if my business is a mechanic, letter c might represent the cost of window washer fluid, which is an indirect material in my business. Note - most of you should be able to find examples for all of the transactions, but if you think a transaction really doesn't apply to your company, please explain why.
- Assume Manufacturing Overhead is applied based on Direct Labor Cost. What is the PDOHR? Briefly explain how you determined it. (1-2 sentences should be sufficient)
- Was the overhead underapplied or overapplied, and by how much? For your company, do you agree with the way it was closed out or do you think there should have been a different method? Why? (1-2 sentences should be sufficient)
- Reference the below attached file showing a selected set of T-Accounts and their recorded transactions for a company.
