can be broken down into the $5$ process groups or $10$ knowledge areas according

to PMI.

b$.$ The WBS should be broken down into at least $2$ levels $($the project name is not

considered as a level$).$ At least $2$ elements of the WBS should be broken into a

third level.

c$.$ All the WBS best practices presented in class should be followed $($check your

notes$).$ For example: One element cannot be broken into only one element,

break an element into all the elements needed $(100\%$ rule$),$ etc.

$5.$ The WBS Dictionary:

a$.$ It must be $100\%$ aligned with the WBS$.$
