Research a controversial case such as OJ Simpson, JonBenet Ramsey, Sam Sheppard, Lindbergh kidnapping, Lizzie Borden, Casey Anthony, Suzanne Morphewor another crime that has enough information that you can prepare a court case. Summarize the case and the evidence and make sure you include information that counters the CSI effect. You can argue either side (prosecution or defense). You should make sure you share your "credentials" needed to ascertain that you are an expert witness. When you respond to your peers, take on the role of the opposing counsel and ask questions of your "witness".
