Our research methodology is designed to systematically address workplace safety challenges in maintenance operations by integrating

engineering principles with safety management practices. The methodology is structured around the following key components;

Safety culture development

We promoted a culture of safety through training programs, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives. Behavior$-$ based

safety $($BBS$)$ technique we employed to encourage safe practices. Regular safety workshops were conducted to reinforce the importance

of safety protocols, that has leaded to increased employee participation in the safety initiatives.
