Research Proposal: each student should formulate a research proposal not exceeding Five pages (1500 words), following an APA journal article format. Note that extra pages will be overlooked. The topic should be from the following general areas: leadership, motivation, group dynamics, business communication, teamwork, emotions and moods, personality, attitudes and job satisfaction and conflict and negotiation. The proposal should include the following sections: Research title Introduction to the Research Research Problem Research Question(s) Research Objective(s) Research Importance Literature Review.
