After I review the eight core competencies, there were two areas where I feel I am very well in these are communication and teamwork. I feel like I'm really good at working with others and having the feeling that I am able to share my ideas and listen to people. I definitely think these are skills that have helped me in the past and in the future now with teamwork. I have a very strong feeling that I need to improve in my career and self development and technology. To further my career, I want to work on these because I want to be more clear about my career and like where I wanna go with it and learning more about platforms that I want to showcase myself in.
