Larsson's process of setting a baseline plan working on a project includes work; what you planned vs$.$ what happens, or a fixed reference point to measure and compare your project progress, tracking the progress, and knowing when to speed things up identifying deviations and or evaluating the alternative courses of action you may need to take.

Measuring progress and performance

Knowing where you are with the project if you are early, on schedule, or late is critical, as is comparing the budget against how many hours you've spent working on the project and your earned value.

Comparing plan against actual

Planning, we knew things would change along the way; using built$-$in tools when working with base helps you to see and compare to know where you are off, and you can create multiple baselines for more information. It is important that the timing is early enough to allow detection early in case any corrections are needed along the way.

Taking action

I went to school to do my hair, and in the end, we had to create our style to prepare for the big test. In this project, there was much Premature vs$.$ Changed Priority, Including arranging, beautifying, coloring, processing, styling, trimming, etc., on top of preparing for the written exam, thanks to self$-$organizing and breaking the process is broken down into several phases it ended up being a half premature and more changed priority.

Premature came in with the planning and knowing where to start, how to deliver quickly, and how to ensure the success of the project without even knowing how to begin.

The changed priority was many different times the ways I went about working on my project did not succeed, the need to be satisfied, the method of communication, and the requirements of the design.
