1. AUTOCRATIC - Characterized by a domineering manager with ultimate authority over employees. BUREAUCRATIC - Characterized by relying on written rules and regulations. Things are always done "by the book." DEMOCRATIC - Characterized by treating employees as equals who can contribute to decision-making. LAISSEZ-FAIRE - Characterized by managers who allow employees to do what they want. The best style, in my opinion, would be BUREAUCRATIC because it is organized and well thought out. It makes the process of things easy to follow without complications.

The four types of management styles are:

1. Autocratic- a system of management in which a single person has control over all decisions and takes very little inputs from others.

2. Burreaucratic- a system of management that relies on the rules and regulations that are already set.

3. Democratic- a system of management where all group members are able to take an active role and share their thoughts and opinions.

4. Laissez-faire- a system of management in which the descisions are left to the employees.

The Democratic management style is the best because it allows the leadership and the employess of the operation to come together to make the best solutions to any problems and make the best decisions regarding how the operation is run, maintained, etc..
