My current enviroment has a positive perception of teamwork allowing us to trust each other to complete certain task that ultimately contribute to the mission. We actually depend on each others specialities to add value to our course. On the oppossing end, the perception of value across different departments/courses, can sometimes be skewed. One course may seem more valuable than others based on the resources they are given, while others may have to fight harder to be succuessful. How might our own tunnel visions adversely affect the process of critical thinking and impact effective communication? Tunnel vision may keep us from exploring all of the factors or information about the task at hand. Tunnel vision can sometimes cause us to not hear or understand others clearly, if a suggested idea goes against our goals or priorities. It becomes more difficult to change our mindset
