Respond to -When evaluating the key internal factors for a strategic plan I would say that having a structure plan along with a great culture area as well in place along with goals is what you need to be in the correct way to become successful. Having a great culture for your business will bring customers more to shop depending on the environment. If I had someone to disagree with me and the way I run my business I would show them the profits and the increases in sales compared to other companies. I would explain my goals and outcomes and any information I think would help to persuade the person or people who disagree with my plan. I then would ask for their input as well maybe I could learn something new or better from the other person and try there method they say would be better than mine and maybe they have data or graphs or can show how their structure to the business would be better than mine. When dealing with business I would recommend any details to new ideas to increase business
