Demonstrate that you properly applied and integrated in your analysis some of the general ethical principles such as Beneficence, Least Harm, Respect for Autonomy, Justice. You should also connect your decision with ethical theories such as: Deontology, Utilitarianism, Rights, and Virtues. You should defend the principles of ethical conduct; understand the taxonomy of ethical types; and suggest new models of personal and organizational development.
