rewrite: Handling diversity within the team This can be a challenge when dealing with various personality types of the group members, especially if we don't know our strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, our first aim is to run a relationship building session in our first Zoom meeting and try to understand each team member's capabilities, skills, strengths and weaknesses. Then, we have determined the following basic grounds that will help us manage diversity within our team: 1. We will make sure that the team members feel valued and included in the team processes. 2. We will recognize and appreciate each member as an individual and appreciate everyone's unique skills and abilities. 3. We will ensure proper communication among the team by giving constructive feedback on a regular basis. 4. We will respect each other's cultural and personal differences without being judgmental. 5. We will treat each other fairly and equally. 6. We will support and empower each other knowing we're on the same boat and we should help each other rather than compete. 7. We will create an open and safe environment for everyone to feel comfortable to voice opinions and share ideas. 8. We will ensure that no one ridiculed
