Having read previous complaints on this hotel, I can see the manager always protecting herself that the client did not make a complaint during the time of stay. I am therefore posting this complaint online today into my 4th day of stay. I still have 4 more nights to go here, so lets see what the hotel will do. I am ready to move out of this dump if I am refunded my money. For the last 3 nights, they have been playing loud pumping music till 5 am. This is to entertain the high-class paying walk-in clients. The hotel obviously does not respect their residents' needs. One new year party till late is acceptable but 3 nights in a row!!!! Is bloody pathetic... neither did they warn us about their intention to make so much noise when I made the booking. Today being New Years Day, the hotel has reserved all the sunbeds for their private guests and only 3 out of 12 were available for hotel guests... Are all the hotel residents meant to take turns on the 3?? The reserved beds also were not utilised all day. I have taken photos of all this and will make sure I post every snap here to keep people warned about how fake this hotel is. During booking I clearly asked if they had a pool. They said not yet but by December, it will be ready and Im here now, I dont see any pool. I made this booking in September. As soon as I paid, I asked if I could cancel, but the hotel policy was nonrefundable, so I had no choice. If you are looking to stay at this place, you better be local and have a fat big wallet its all about you being better than the rest here. Also, you will notice bad reviews are mainly posted by international clients because this hotel doesn't meet the international standards you would expect. Website is highly hyped up.... dont be fooled!
