Students have an opportunity to demonstrate their learnings to date. Create a narrated and recorded presentation using the assignment requirements as a guide and the template provided. Project Context You are the project manager for Big Island Hotel and are responsible for ensuring your project team understands why and how to record risks for the project. Using the risk register you created in Assignment 2 (Risk Identification and Analysis), conduct an overview session to help project team members understand risk management. Instructions 1. An outline is available as a starting point, recommended but not mandatory. The presentation should be 5 to 8 slides including title page and references and a length of 34 minutes long. - Recordings without a camera turned on will not be graded. Content presented after 5 minutes will not be included in your grade. Be specific and clear during your recording. Consider mapping out the duration of each slide to stay within the time constraints. - Focus on the quality of information and be concise 2. Use the risk register, impact table, and heat map from the case provided in assignment 2. Select 1 (and only 1 ) risk to discuss during the presentation. It is acceptable to show all 3 risks when presenting if necessary. 3. Create a narrated presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint or an alternative application and a recording method of your choice. Include these topics and ensure the minimum requirements are met. 3.1. Brief overview of the project and project context including priorities (see Larson section 4.2 Establishing Project Priorities. Enhance by discussing the type of project (operational/tactical/strategic), baseline/budget and/or risk reserve. 3.2. Purpose and benefits of a risk register. Identify the risk threat and review the risk statement. Enhance by reviewing the associated risk costs and any other relevant information. 3.3. Demonstrate how the impact table was used to determine the risk impact. Enhance by discussing how the impact table can be tailored to reflect the project context and/or priorities. 3.4. Demonstrate how the heat map was used to determine the risk priority. 4. Title page, table of contents and references (cite assignment 2 as applicable and all other sources where appropriate).
