SAD Solutions LLC is a multinational technical solution provider. SAD's mission is to provide technical solutions that best fit their client's needs. From developing a database for a family owned restaurant to integrating a disaster recovery plan for a multi-billion dollar organization, SAD provides a magnitude of services. You are a independently owned company that is in the process of being purchased, with a condition, to become a subsidiary company of SAD Solutions LLC. In the future, SAD plans to use your company to develop technical solution for SAD clients. Your company is extremely excited for this new venture due to the opportunities that will become available. SAD heard that your company had great reviews from past clients. One of the unique features of your company is that the members all work remotely. This saves money on overhead items such as "brick and mortar" office expenses. C. The Project In order to complete the purchasing process, SAD created a condition in the purchasing agreement. The condition is for your company to locate an organization that is in need of an IT system and run through the System Development Life Cycle. As stated above, SAD heard wonderful reviews about your company. However, the policy of SAD Solutions LLC is to contract a company for a project and monitor the lifecycle of the project. If that project is successful by SAD standards, the company is integrated into the SAD family. SAD understands that a life-cycle of a project can take a long time. Due to the time constraint on the purchasing contract, your company will present an in-depth project report and demo/prototype of the system to a panel of SAD judges. The judges will play the role of the clients while reading the report and testing the demo. The report should be used as a selling point of your company's services. The judges will use the judging criteria to see if your company operates in SAD standards. The report will need to contain the following components: A. Consulting Information (You) Note: This section should be fictional. You can be creative. I DO NOT want you to write this report as "I am a student and this is my project."
