Scenario and Activity

As a management trainee for the same organization as selected in Section 1 above, you are

required to submit another report to management analyzing different environmental factors

affecting your chosen organization in the current context.

1. Critically analyze different macro environmental factors that may impact on the decision

making of your selected organization. Use a PESTLE model to analyze in detail negative

and positive impacts on the business and its objectives.

2. Critically evaluate different micro factors that impact on decision making in the business.

Apply a SWOT or TOWS analysis to support your justifications.

3. Explain with examples how strengths and weaknesses in the organization are influenced

by external macro factors.
