It has been in existence since 2013. The workers were mostly graduates who volunteer to work with the firm. Their roles are related to the age groups they are familiar with and could handle effectively. However, there is a need to assess their performance after every six months to determine if they had the right values and attitudes to handle their preferred classes or age groups. Moreover, the initial manageress who was appointed never conducted any assessment and the volunteers took it for granted. Therefore, after five years it has become apparent that the assessment is very important because the young children were not exhibiting the right mind-sets for the next level of proficiency.
