You have recently joined Botswana Ash mine as a Communications Officer. Upon joining, the

Safety Officer approaches you because it seems employees especially plant operators are forever

getting injured due to lack of understanding of the safety language used. The Safety Officer wants

your help forthwith as the Department of Mines threatens to temporarily close the mine due to

high injury rates.

Using the forms of communication, discuss in detail what you will do to help the Safety Officer
