Reach for the Stars is a small company best known for hosting the best Events in the Eastern Cape province. This company hosts company functions, weddings, gala dinners etc. They have been doing great and everyone wants a piece of their services.

They have stated that what makes them unique and successful in the Events business is that they ensure to cater to their customer's needs and make their dream become a reality.

They have expanded their business and operate in different towns across the Eastern Cape. They make sure that before new employees start, they go through the onboarding session to ensure that they understand what is expected of them. The session normally takes a week, it also includes practical activities to enhance their skills to deliver good services.

Onboarding is very important, this process helps employees find their ground in the workplace and reduces their stress levels. This allows them to feel at home and quickly fit into their new roles.
