(Example: Education is considered as a form of investment. Like any other investment the cost of the investment needs to be compared to the expected returns on that investment. (Example: What are the alternative uses for the money the state could spend their money on?) Part III Complete a one-page summary of another perspective on the issue. (Example: What are the expected returns?) Part IV Give a one-page summary of your thoughts on the issue. NOTE: Keep in mind that a perspective is not the same as an argument. Think of it as working on an investigation after an accident. Two people can have different perspectives on what happened but neither one has the right or wrong perspective
