Select a process and variable of interest. Collect data relating to the variable of interest and discuss the following topics:

1. Briefly describe the process. Show a process map. It may be helpful to continue with the process of interest from previous assignments.

2. Identify the variable of interest and the motivation for studying it. You may continue the process measure of interest from previous assignments. As before, an example would be: The purpose of this analysis is to examine the admission process as the XYZ hospital.

3. Develop an Ishikawa Diagram describing factors affecting the output of the process.

4. Collecting good data guidelines, discuss your data collection methodology.

5. Visualize the data with relevant charts. When relevant, visualize your data using any of the methods listed below. For each method explain what the chart presents.

- Bar Graph

- Pareto Chart

- Histogram

- Relationship - Scatter plot and related characteristics

- Run chart

6. Discuss your findings.
