Select a project. Use any project from your work, search newspapers or internet for examples of complex projects, or any other sources.

1-Breakdown your project into at least 20 meaningful, non-trivial activities.(Already completed A through W)

2-Establish the precedence relationships.(Already completed)

3-Estimate three times for each activity; calculate mean and variance for each. (Already completed)

4-Draw an AON network for your project. (Already completed)

5- Go through forward pass and backward pass calculations, get slacks.

6-Identify the critical path. (Already completed)

7- Calculate the mean and variance of the project completion time.

8-Find the probability of completing the project in 10% less time than the mean.

9-Write a treatise on crashing issues like developing a cost-duration activity graph, identifying the most appropriate activities that can be crashed, role of total indirect cost etc. You need not do actual crashing calculations. Just touch upon the issues.
