Simplify this provision and delete all legalese. Except as herein to the contrary provided, both parties release and forever discharge the other party from any and all such actions, suits, debts, or claims whatsoever, in equity, that either of the parties have now or later, against the other one by reason of any matter, cause, or thing through the date of the implementation of this Agreement herein.
