$1)$ Open the Matlab command window by double clicking the Matlab

icon on the desktop. To enter the above system transfer function, type

the followings in the command window:

$>>$ den$=[1611\mathrm{.}31812\mathrm{.}8]$;

$2)$ To get the system output for a unit step input, enter:

$>>$ step$($num$,$den$)$;
