so i have a CSV file that includes 21 columns.column 1 is author_ID and column 6 is published date. i need to write a linux command to output the number of author_IDs in column 1, that showed up between the dates March and September of 2017 in column 6. The format of column 6 is m/d/yyyy 0:00.
