So i will be going to an old warehouse on a site survey for the first time and was given a list of items i will have to look for. I am new at this and would love to get a general idea on what exactly to look for. 1. Electrical service incoming location and size with accompanying service xfmr size 2. Secondary Routing 3. SES size/info 4. GF present 5. TVSS present 6. Electrical service entrance equipment location sketch 7. Electrical emergency system type (generator present?) with accompanying one line sketch. 8. Fire pump service type, controller info, disconnect size, jockey pump info, fire pump electrical service meter info, etc. 9. Site lighting voltage and control type. 10. Telecom service incoming location and size. 11. Telecom service origination (from OH service, then UG to building stub up) 12. Quantity of conduits with sizes and accompanying sketch. 13. Fire alarm system type (analog, digital, system class, multi zone), main equipment location / info, vendor, device types observed in space. 14. High level equipment one line sketch. IF SOMEONE CAN PLEASE HELP ME OUT WITH SOME DETAILS ON EACH OF THESE ITEMS , I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE YOUR TIME. THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE.
