The per car transportation cost of shipping between the sites and the demand regions are given in the table. Assume that capacity is not an issue at the distribution sites (i.e., all potential sites can be built to handle all customer demand). Formulate a mixed integer linear programming model to determine where Tiger should build its distribution sites to minimize total costs.
