A parking lot has multiple floors, with a variable number of designated spots for handicap parking, compact cars, and regular sized parking spots on each floor. Only compact cars can part in compact spaces due to the size limitation, but handicap and compact cars can park in regular sized spots if desired. Each spot has a weighting to indicate its desirability.

In pseudo code, design a class to represent this parking lot. Further, write a parking valet algorithm that, given a particular kind of car/driver, finds the best available parking spot. Feel free to make reasonable assumptions if necessary.
