In this project, we are going to create a program in MATLAB that simulates the operation of this device. The program must process a signal that contains the sound of the backup beeper alarm along with the environmental noise ( sinhal5_teste.wav). This program must detect the positions where the backup beeper alarm sound is located, determine the start and end points, and count the number of times the alarm sounded. To carry out this task, a multilayer neural network must be used that allows detecting the signal segments with the signal of interest.
