Class Activity Introduction: This article is aimed to affirm the superiority of the Coca-Cola Company and to find out its shortcomings in managing customer relationships based on studying the customer relationship management strategy for Coca-Cola Company and discussing the comparison between Coca-Cola and Pepsi Cola. Later, some corresponding strategies have been recommended to solve the problems. Objective Question: You have to critically evaluate the article by encouraging the strategies which are good for the company and pin pointing those which may harm the company's goal and objective in the longer run. Further to this, please also suggest some strategies which in your opinion may benefit the company (which we have read in the class).
