Act as NPI Buyer was tasked by SCM Director to improve further on Sourcing Team dept for requesting to IT Engineer to improve Sourcing team collection information performance metric on RFQ Status. Consist of main Two areas, namely RFQ Request and Supplier Quote

Request to write an email to IT engineer for improvement Supplier Quote landing page.

$1)$ For adding $4$ column MOQ $1,$ MOQ$2,$ MOQ$3$ and MOQ $4.($new functionalities$)($attached$)$

$2)$ Allow multiple delete

Improvement on Supplier Quote Format

$1)$ Currently have been practiced, we manually is entry on CCR column, Part number, description, Commodity type $,$ Quantity per assy, UOM, MPN$,$ Manufacturer, until N column.

$2)$ Now, we like to request IT Engineer to add in MOQ $1,$ MOQ$2,$ MOQ$3$ and MOQ $4$ Column,

Purchasing got to maintain Supplier quote landing page, with inclusion price breakdown column, we can get cost down benefit. To avoid passing all the margin to the supplier. Solely one type quantity purchased differ from bulk quantity purchased. Our supplier buying new car and aeroplane and only give us hamper for new year period.

$3)$ In Supplier Quote Landing page, to tell IT Engineer able to moved old format MOQ$1$ into new enhancement format. $($Testing out$)($ Old format already practiced more than $10$ months, make used old available quoted information$)$ backup recovery, sudden switched to new format

$4)$ Please listing out possible benefit $3$ to $4$ points for implementing these MOQ$1$ to MOQ $4$ column.

$5)$ Costing team tabulated Costed BOM derived from MOQ column for submission the quotation to Customer for better secure new NPI projects compared with our competitor.
