Return the host ID, the hosts name, the listing ID, the property type, the listing price (formatted to include a $ before the amount), and the number of days the property remains available for rent during the period December 2021 through December 2022. Restrict the results to only listings that are available for more than 300 days during the focus period and the type of property is a room in a boutique hotel. Sort the output in descending order by listing id. Hint: CONCAT() might help you format the listing price. A correct query will return only one record per property type--that of the most expensive listing of that type.
