Engagement Strategy: Based on the stakeholders' influence and interest level, select the Prescribed Engagement Strategy as presented in the tableand so forthve.
Strategic Approach: Enter a Strategic Approach based on the Prescribed Engagement Strategy as presented in the table above.
Strategy Owner: The strategy owner could be the project manager, internal project sponsor, PMO, or any team member suitable for the job. Project sponsors could be internal or external, plays a key role, and supports the PM and the project team with the project.
