Starting out with Visual Basic 7th edition. Chapter 6 programming challenge 3 Solar Panel Installation. I checked out the code on the site, and it does not explain how to set the base charge of panels as 2 even if the user inputs 1. Also, if the user puts in a deposit greater than the balance due the caption of that label should read "Refund". I am currently stuck here. My code is similar to what is posted. Just need a little nudge in the right direction or even a solution to what I am seeking would probably save my sanity right about now!!!!
