1. Your development goals
2. Steps you need to take to move toward your goal
3. Knowledge and experience you can bring
4. Ways to leverage the range of your knowledge and experience

Step Two: Look at the business processes in your organization and identify one way in which humans can assist machines and one way in which machines can assist humans in your company? How can this aid collaboration efforts? Provide a specific example of each.

Finally, as we are discovering new thinking around collaboration, is gender a useful variable to consider in improving collaboration efforts? If so, explain. If not, why not?
