Strategic Competitive Advantage (SCA) and Major Problems for DELTA

Based on what you determine are DELTA's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, please identify and provide support for what you feel is DELTA's current sustainable competitive advantage, or advantages in other words they past all four of the VRIO tests (if you believe they don't have one, state what you think their greatest strength is, and why this is not an SCA). There should be a link to part 2 in this section. In other words, their SCA should be based on something identified in part 2 from your SWOT analysis. Also, state what you think represents the biggest challenges going forward for DELTA. Focus on the key or main issues.
